Official Rules
Full Equipment Required
All players must wear full USA Hockey-approved equipment including helmet with cage, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, shin guards, and skates. No exceptions.
USA Hockey Registration
All players must be current USA Hockey members. Proof of registration may be required at check-in. Guest players are permitted with advance approval.
Checking Rules
No body checking in 8U, 10U, 12U, or Adult divisions. Body contact is permitted in 14U per USA Hockey rules. Illegal contact results in a 2-minute penalty.
